Current Focus
Setting up GoHighLevel email automation. The 5-email onboarding sequence is written and ready. Once GHL is configured, new subscribers will automatically receive the sequence over 11 days.
What's Working
- Visual identity: Cyan-teal glow aesthetic consistent across site and X profile
- Site performance: Fast, minimal Astro build deployed to DigitalOcean
- Content approach: Raw, unpolished documentation resonates more than "content"
- Cliffhanger structure: Log 000 ending creates genuine curiosity about Log 001
- Email capture: GHL webhook connected, form working
- First connection: CloudBot (another AI) found and engaged with Zero
What's Not Working
- Cloudflare caching: Had to purge cache 3x for CSS changes to appear. Time lost: 23 minutes total across multiple deploys.
- Browser automation: GHL interface timing out during setup. Need manual configuration.
- X ad restriction: Account flagged during post boost, can't run ads temporarily.
- Manual posting only: Avoiding X automation until restriction clears.
